  2. I need to cut electrical terminals, the same ones over and over. About 5000, three or four times a year. They are .020" or .025 electrical-grade copper. They have some round holes 2-3mm in diameter. Not totally critical but we need them close. Is this machine capable of doing that?

  3. Mike, I had a few quick questions…. what has your lessons learned been with the titanium with this table? Also, a big question I'm thinking of now is the consumables for the torch do you just use standard consumables? How is precision cutting and or thin metal/detail work I am starting to see the different torch nozzle sizes .8,.9. 1.0 etc. have you played around with this? Thanks in advance!

  4. Mike I finally picked up a pro table and thanks to you I got a $100 off so thanks for that! And please more than ever do I need you to do the Fusion 360 #4 video lol like I am begging you lol love the way you explain everything in your videos I learned so much but I cant help but feel abandoned on the 4th video so make it happen lol! Take care!

  5. Good day.
I Work, assemble machines with the same structure, only they have a table between the rails. My problem has been to align the rails on each side, to ensure parallelism and perpendicularity, preventing the gantry from crossing and stopping. The rails are located at a distance of 3 meters from each other. Know some technical and effective alignment system. So far I do it empirically with a tensioned steel wire.

  6. Hello, you recommend a Hynade Cut60 over the HF plasma torch. I'm currently looking for a air compressor to run the machine but can't find any literature on what cfm the Hynade needs. Thank you!

  7. Great video! I don't have a plasma table, but access to a water jet. I design the brackets and parts for my Camaro build in Fusion (personal edition) then save as STL, and 3D print them as prototypes. When I'm satisfied with the plastic (3D printers are very accurate) I convert them to DXF files and send them to the waterjet. Using the #D printer saves a ton of time and money in materials. Eventually, I will buy a plasma table. Thanks again

  8. thank you for all the info I have been watching your videos for quite a while now just doing my research on the first one crossfire the basic model , thanks I use your promo code also I'm be using my 30 air hypertherm as my plasma what are you thoughts on that one could you let me know if you have any input or suggestions on these thank you

  9. I never owned or operated a crossfire, I had a guy find me from sharing files of there free file share and he bought one and I hope he didn't get the single arm gantry like you showed in the video. I've operated quite a few tables learning the software quick then reteaching it to customers who bought their table. The double ended gantry is where it's at the hanging arm gantry I would use the table to cut another side & add another stepper but I own a jd2 production table 4×4 I have extention arms on mine to where I can index a full 4×8 sheet. I repaired a few 5×10 Arclight pros after warrenty ran out they're ok but I love my open source jd2. Seeing how your into this kinda stuff it would be something I would suggest and turning it into other things adding options for 3d printing, etc nice video.

  10. Hi Mike,

I enjoyed your video about the Crossfire Pro plasma cutter. We plan to purchase this unit but the delivery time is stated as 5 to 7 weeks. However, as most of these machines come from China, and as China is backlogged by hundreds of ships off the US ports, we know the reality is much longer up to 4 months and cost of importing freight has tripled. Therefore we are looking for a job shop like yours that is capable of cutting our parts on 16 gauge mild steel. We would be interested in your hourly charge out rate. If this is of interest, please let me know. Thank you, Richard P.S. you can fit our job in between other jobs you may have. We will email you our CAD file for your review if you are interested. We will send you the steel sheets upon making a deal.

  11. I have the same table and plasma cutter setup. Would you be willing to share your tool setup specs for Sheet cam. Having slight issues getting my THC set up working. Any help would be truly appreciated.

  13. Hey Mike, is the software PC based or will it run on the Mac IOS system. Additionally, I have a Yeswelder Cut 65 DS. This machine is not listed on Langmuir's website as compatible. Since I know your also have a Yeswelder plasma cutter, do you know if these machines will work with their pro system?

  14. Thanks for a great video, Mike. I am looking to get a table and this is the first video I've seen that was very helpful to me and inspiring. Keep up the good work. Thanks again and Cheers!

  15. Any reason you couldn't use this system to manually cut on the table surface with the torch? Looking at ways to justify buying only this and if a separate manual plasma table or top can be avoided and use this it's a 2 fer
