  1. Hi Rodger, I am just waiting on my mini mill (King) to arrive in Canada. Once it arrives I will be joining your Patron channel. I have built a aluminum frame CNC already and I have a extra 4 axis card. As well as 2 extra stepper motors. So it seems inevitable that this will happen.
But lets say One didn't have stuff already. To add a DRO to these. Do you think "For the money" investing in steppers and cheap controller card is the wise choice? Since you get a DRO on the computer. You can use a wireless controller to control the X-Y-Z.
Although, the manual dial controls are probably not able to be used with the steppers powered?

  2. Roger, jakiego typu aluminium zastosowałeś?Ja używam AW 7075(PA 9) lub AW 2017(PA6) wydaje mnie się że twoje aluminium jest trochę za miękkie , i nie za dobrze się obrabia ?
Roger, what type of aluminum did you use? I use AW 7075 (PA 9) or AW 2017 (PA6) I think your aluminum is a bit too soft and it doesn't work well?
