I designed and built my own CNC plasma cutter using a 3d printer, and its so easy you can do it to.

Hi you may have used shielded trigger cables but not sure from the video. If not run shielded cables where you can also add a torrid ring and loop the trigger wires around it a couple of times might help. Make sure shielded cables are earthed really well. Good luck
I would suggest that you not cut but have made or make the full-length cables because splicing has been shown to cause issues from time to time in these machines. Many people talk about splicing causing response issues and such on the Creality forums.
That's really impressive. Thanks for sharing!
is there any chance you can do another video as regards the z-axis trigger assembly? Thanks in anticipation. This may be the most straightforward video on building a CNC plasma cutter so far.
I built something simular from an laser engraver, but i m running in some EMF issues. What kind of plasma cutter are you using? It seems to be without pilot arc, is it right?
Great video thanks. You could use one of those cheap relays to switch on the plasma. The guy in this video has some good ideas you may be able to incorporate into your build? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xVZZfx9KPlc Cheers

Just got the files from Cults3D, thanks for posting. I may have overlooked it, and my apologies if so, but what material are you using for all the 3d printed parts?
Thanks for sharing! I subscribed
That's really impressive, it's like the second industrial revolution that's in the home workshop. You could scan a headgasket and cut out a steel shim? Cut exhaust flanges to delete the cat converter? Turbo flanges. You'll be too busy.
That is some genius work mate
