All about die-casting mould design
First, we receive drawings from our client. We check the size, weight and construction of the part.
Then make quotation and submit to our customer.
The customer provides us with the die casting mould machine specification.
We should start mould design.
The mould design will be submitted.
Including cavity, cooling system, ejection pin, sprue, runner and overflow.
Extra service and mould flow analysis can be sent to the client under request.
After everything is confirmed, we will start to die casting mould making.
After the mould is finished, we will submit die casting or casting the first sample to the customer. After we receive the confirmation from the customer, we can start mass production. And CNC machining, turning, milling, EDM, WEDM, and surface treatment.
